  • *Role Overview**
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Revenue Growth**:
  • Ideate, build, and A/B test automated flows to drive engagement and retention (Klaviyo preferred).
  • **Paid Digital Campaigns**:
  • Develop strategy, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, programmatic, and emerging cannabis-friendly networks.
  • **Site UX/UI & Conversion Optimization**:
  • Partner with design and development to launch high-converting landing pages, product pages, and on-site widgets.
  • **Promotions & Merchandising**:
  • Create bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and limited drops to increase average order value (AOV) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • **Analytics & Reporting**:
  • Own GA4, Shopify analytics, and ad dashboards; distill actionable insights for the leadership team.
  • **Compliance**:
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with Canadian and U.S. cannabis regulations (Cannabis Act, CASL, CAN-SPAM).
  • **Budget & Vendor Management** -Manage creative partners, freelancers, and budgets to ensure positive ROI.
  • *What You Bring**

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years managing digital marketing and e-commerce profitability, including P&L (Profit and Loss) ownership (Shopify required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in regulated industries (cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceuticals) is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo (flows, segments, deliverability, list growth).
  • Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) expertise: heat map tools, split testing, speed & mobile optimization.
  • Deep understanding of retention metrics (AOV, LTV, CAC payback) and strategies to improve them.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with cannabis marketing constraints and age-gating best practices.

  • **Schedule**: Monday to Friday; weekends as needed.
  • **Language**: French not required.
  • **Work Location**: On-site, Markham, Ontario.
