The right person for this role will have a passion for digital marketing with a desire to work within both Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads and Google Products. They are a strong communicator and team player who is passionate about learning and growing in the field of digital marketing. About You: Your background is in digital marketing with a specific interest in Google marketing platform and social media marketing. You have the drive and desire to continue to develop your skills in a professional environment. You work well both in a team and independently, are open to feedback and have a keen attention to detail. You have an understanding on how to track success in digital marketing with experience in Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager. We find that the most successful individuals in this role are continually challenging their knowledge by asking questions of their managers and strategists. The right person for this role has the following must-haves: - 3+ months experience working on digital marketing campaigns. Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate experience in managing social media marketing campaigns. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. - Expertise in Google Analytics & one of Google Ads and Google products or Facebook Business Manager, with experience in reporting on KPIs from those platforms. - An analytical and strategic mindset - committed to doing what is right by our clients. PPC Responsibilities: - Setup, run and optimize PPC campaign - Connect call tracking, analytics tools, tracking pixels with respective ad accounts - Report monthly to clients and internal stakeholders about achieved results - Be able to create landing pages optimized for conversion Experience in the following is not required but would be a great asset: - Project tracking software (ie. Asana, JIRA etc.) - Working knowledge of mobile responsive web development - WordPress, SEO - Video Production - HTML 5/ - CSS/jQuery/ Javascript/ AJAX - Google Ads Certified - Facebook Blueprint Certification The following attributes would be assets for this role: - A post-secondary degree. - Experience in an agency environment. - Experience using Asana, SEM rush, Slack, Confluence or Basecamp. - Experience communicating with clients. What You’ll Do: - Assist Account Directors and Senior Strategists in the day-to-day management of accounts. - Set up and manage Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns (PPC). You may also be given experience in Google Ads and Google products. - Write detailed monthly reports. - Identify the potential for new campaign strategies and communicate to seniors. - Be able to provide planned context on client calls and in client communication; and - Maintain an up-to-date task list independently with limited manager oversight." **Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Language training provided - Wellness program Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Weekend availability Work Location: On the road
