This is an 18 month contract role.

  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • *Data Analysis and Reporting**:
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, customer behavior, and product performance to support strategic decision-making.
  • *Performance Optimization**:
  • Identify areas for improvement in the online shopping experience, including site navigation, product presentation, and checkout processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to optimize campaigns and promotions based on data insights.
  • Perform A/B testing and analyze results to recommend changes for improving user engagement and conversion rates.
  • *Market Research**:
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on market trends and competitor activities to enhance our e-commerce strategy.
  • *Collaboration and Communication**:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, IT, and customer service to align e-commerce strategies with business goals.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  • *Data Management**:
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of e-commerce data by overseeing data collection processes and implementing best practices for data management.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and platforms to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an E-commerce Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the retail apparel industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and digital marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**:
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development practices is a plus.
