Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Canada-based preferred)

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is experienced, proactive, and deeply comfortable across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
This role reports directly to our Principal Digital Marketing Manager and will be instrumental in supporting client growth, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- *Responsibilities**:
You’ll be responsible for helping drive results across various client accounts by executing full-funnel marketing campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns for ROI. Specific duties include:
Strategy & Campaign Development
- Collaborate on and execute marketing strategies for service-based and e-commerce clients
- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring
- Build media plans and recommend ad spend allocations across platforms
Advertising Campaign Management
- Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Run and scale Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), including retargeting and lookalike audiences
- Manage TikTok ads with knowledge of video creative best practices and audience targeting
- Use UTM parameters and tracking systems to monitor ad effectiveness
- Conduct split testing and iterative campaign optimizations
Analytics & Reporting
- Build real-time dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking
- Use tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms to gather insights
- Provide monthly client-facing reports with actionable recommendations
- Monitor KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and engagement rates
Execution & Workflow
- Coordinate campaign assets with graphic designers and content creators
- Set up and test conversion events and pixels across platforms
- Maintain organization in ClickUp, Slack, and project management tools
- Communicate clearly with the team and occasionally with clients
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (especially Search & Performance Max)
- Proven success managing Meta and TikTok Ads
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey mapping
- Proficient with analytics platforms: Google Analytics 4, Meta Insights, UTM tracking, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working within a collaborative and fast-paced team
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Go High-Level or similar CRMs
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Notion
- Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or WooCommerce (basic is fine)
- Strong grasp of creative briefs and video-first marketing
