This is a Hybrid role that can sit in our Orange County or San Diego office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for product/game launches, partnerships, and brand activations.
  • Build timelines, deliverables, and workflows, and drive alignment across Creative, Web, Growth, and external partners.
  • Oversee content production (photo, video, gameplay trailers) and manage asset versions, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Maintain briefs, calendars, and tracking docs to keep teams aligned.
  • Surface and solve risks/blockers early to keep launches on track.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4+ years in campaign management, production coordination, or marketing project management.
  • Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns with many stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting photo/video production from planning to delivery.
  • Strong skills in timelines, briefs, shot lists, and production schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate creative teams and deliver assets on time.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and deadline management across multiple projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with lifestyle/product/studio shoots or video editors.
  • Familiarity with press outreach or influencer coordination.
  • Experience with email or lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo a plus).
  • Experience with social content planning or creator communications.
  • Interest in gaming, consumer hardware, or community-driven brands.
