Transformation Specialist

The Transformation Specialist will lead and coach school principals and leadership teams to improve student achievement outcomes. They will support senior transformation specialists, lead instructional support efforts, and model best practices in education. This role requires extensive understanding of public school systems, building level management, and Ohio DOE system.

• Support senior transformation specialists in planning and executing core transformation efforts.
• Lead instructional support efforts across assigned schools.
• Model leadership and pedagogy best practices to school and MGT team.
• Create coordinated support plans.
• Complete weekly and monthly reporting.

This role also involves developing client relationships, ensuring contract delivery at the school level, and interfacing with district personnel. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree or Doctorate in Education Leadership, Curriculum, or Supervision, and 5+ years of Administrator/district level experience in School Transformation and Turnaround.
