Base pay range
$174,000.00/yr - $246,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a Creative Director to develop impactful creative concepts that drive growth across the Meta Reality Labs portfolio. This role will partner with marketers, producers and researchers to develop creative on behalf of Reality Labs brands, ensuring a consistent visual language and identity through all touch points. This leader will be highly strategic with a proven track record in developing performance‑focused creative concepts. You will guide teams, agencies and/or production partners in a fast‑paced, iterative, unstructured environment and be willing to roll up your sleeves to do the work when necessary.
Responsibilities
Partner with creative agencies and work hands‑on to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touch‑points
Partner closely with cross‑functional teams across all workstreams to influence and align on business efforts. Cross‑functional teams include: Marketing, communications planning, organic social and influencer, and media
Develop and lead creative concepts for ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy
Leverage historical campaign performance and trends to inform future creative decisions
Work with AI and GenAI tools for creative ideation and production
Provide constructive guidance to external agencies, direct reports and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality creative output
Set the creative inputs across creative testing plans to optimize creative
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and marketing and implement relevant insights on the work
Inspire, enable and energize a industry‑leading creative team, and cultivate a creative work environment
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of work experience as a creative in advertising, marketing, editorial or lead in a creative‑related occupation
Experience with AI and generative AI tools used for creative ideation and production
Experience working with data & insights
Experience presenting to and communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and collaborators at all levels
Experience collaborating effectively with external agencies and cross‑functional teams
Experience problem‑solving strategically for advertising campaigns
Experience managing time‑sensitive projects through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Firefly
Experience developing direct response creative
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Art Direction, Digital Design, Visual Design, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with After Effects, Premiere and Media Encoder
5+ years of demonstrated people management experience coaching and developing direct reports
Portfolio that showcases concept‑driven campaigns that drive results
