KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Strategic Account Ownership & Client Leadership

  • Independently own client accounts end-to-end, from strategy development through execution, optimization, and renewal.
  • Act as the primary strategic advisor for clients, translating business objectives into integrated digital programs with clear outcomes.
  • Take accountability for client retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth, with retention metrics factoring into performance reviews.
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and expansion areas and address them before they become issues.
  • Lead client planning conversations, quarterly readouts, and roadmap development with confidence and authority.

Paid Social & Organic Social Strategy

  • Lead paid social strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, and emerging channels based on audience fit and objectives.
  • Design full-funnel paid social programs that support awareness, engagement, retargeting, and conversion.
  • Oversee organic social strategy in partnership with creative and content teams, ensuring platform-native execution and consistent messaging.
  • Guide audience development, creative testing frameworks, budget allocation, and performance optimization across social channels.
  • Use social performance insights to inform broader brand, content, and demand generation strategies.

Integrated Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop integrated digital strategies that connect paid social, organic social, email, CRM, and demand generation efforts.
  • Ensure cohesive messaging and sequencing across channels and buyer stages.
  • Provide strategic oversight for supporting paid search and SEO/GEO efforts, ensuring alignment with broader campaign goals rather than tactical execution focus.
  • Stay ahead of platform shifts, algorithm changes, and emerging social formats to evolve client strategies proactively.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Define success metrics that tie social performance to pipeline impact, engagement quality, and business outcomes.
  • Analyze performance across channels and funnels, using insights to refine strategy rather than simply report results.
  • Guide testing roadmaps, including creative, audience, and messaging experimentation.
  • Ensure clean measurement and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, platform analytics, and CRM data.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as a senior point of contact within account teams, guiding junior team members and setting the strategic bar.
  • Provide direction and feedback on execution while maintaining accountability for overall account performance.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, frameworks, and process improvements across paid and organic social.

Business Growth & Agency Contribution

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through expanded social programs, new platforms, or adjacent services.
  • Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, and strategic planning for new business.
  • Participate in agency initiatives focused on innovation, thought leadership, and evolving digital capabilities.
