Job Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to assess current tax processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices for tax compliance and consulting services.
• Develop business cases for technology investments, detailing the scope of the technology spend, anticipated benefits, return on investment (ROI), a projected timeline, and resources needed.
• Manage complex projects ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and deliverables meet project objectives.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of combined experience in tax technology and tax compliance, with at least 3 years in a tax compliance role preferred. They will possess a deep understanding of tax processes and technology, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should be proficient in workflow design software, such as Visio, and have extensive knowledge of tax and accounting-specific software.
