Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer
Lowney ArchitectureLowney Architecture is looking for a Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team in our Oakland office.
The Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer is a hands-on role responsible for executing marketing design, content coordination, and administrative support. This position requires a dependable, creative, and highly organized professional who can manage multiple projects independently while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare marketing packages and materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Design marketing collateral including flyers, postcards, advertisements, brochures, and presentations
- Create, manage, and schedule content across social media platforms
- Write and distribute press releases and property or project announcements
- Coordinate and launch email marketing campaigns
- Communicate with local media outlets as needed to support marketing initiatives
- Conduct research and use data tools to create fact-based, market-driven marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the team, including listing or project coordination and database updates
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher)
- Solid understanding of general office technology and digital tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in marketing, graphic design, or a professional services environment
- Experience supporting high-volume or top-producing teams
