Role Overview

Kwikly is seeking a highly experienced Content Marketer to help position the company as the thought leader in modern dental staffing and workforce innovation. This contract role will build and execute a content marketing engine that consistently produces and distributes high-impact, deeply valuable content across multiple channels—targeting both dental professionals and B2B audiences such as DSOs, dental groups, dental offices and industry partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating and repurposing content to LinkedIn, video, email, blogs, website and other social channels to drive visibility, credibility, and engagement with decision-makers in the dental industry.

This person will manage the team and engine behind our content marketing efforts and will also get involved in the deliverables if needed such as helping write, design, or edit any items.

Core Objective

Develop and scale a content marketing strategy that rapidly establishes Kwikly as the go-to voice in the dental staffing and workforce innovation space, driving measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and influence across both professional and enterprise audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy aligned with business goals and audience insights.
  • Generate high-value content ideas that position Kwikly as an industry leader among both DSOs and individual professionals.
  • Build and manage a content calendar that balances thought leadership, education, and engagement across diverse audiences.

Content Creation

  • Write and produce exceptional content across formats: blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, videos, web copy, and social media.
  • Repurpose content into multi-channel campaigns optimized for LinkedIn and professional networks to reach executives, dental group leaders, and partners.
  • Craft content that demonstrates deep understanding of the dental industry, staffing models, and workforce trends.

Collaboration & Partnerships

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry influencers to co-create authoritative thought leadership.
  • Source and manage guest contributors, partner features, and user stories from both the professional and B2B sides of the industry.
  • Build relationships with publications, associations, and channel partners for expanded content distribution.

Execution & Distribution

  • Manage the full lifecycle of content production—concepting, writing, design coordination, publishing, and performance review.
  • Oversee LinkedIn and social distribution strategy, ensuring consistent presence among key B2B audiences.
  • Identify and develop new channels for amplification (social, newsletters, PR, events, etc.).

Measurement & Accountability

  • Track KPIs including reach, engagement, inbound interest, and audience growth.
  • Analyze performance data and refine strategy for impact and efficiency.
  • Be accountable for tangible content-driven business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong instinct for repurposing long-form content into high-performing short-form social content
  • Highly proficient using AI tools to accelerate content creation, repurposing, and distribution.
  • Proven experience and results in content marketing, preferably in dentistry, healthcare, or staffing/tech sectors.
  • Experience creating content for B2B audiences, including DSOs, dental groups, dental offices, or healthcare enterprises.
  • Demonstrated ability to build content systems from zero to scale.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing thought leadership and multi-channel storytelling.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and strategic communication skills.
  • Self-directed, with the ability to operate independently and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM

Contract Terms

  • Duration: 3–6 months initial term, with potential for extension.
  • Compensation: Based on experience and output.
  • Hours: Flexible, outcome-focused.
  • Location: Remote or hybrid (Minneapolis-based preferred).
