Job Overview

The Content Creator Specialist supports the Marketing team by capturing, creating, and scheduling social media content across multiple Keyholder Vacations brands. This role plays a hands-on part in executing day to day content initiatives, maintaining consistent posting schedules, and supporting brand visibility across social media platforms. This is an entry level position ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media, and digital storytelling, with an interest in growing their skills within a multi brand marketing environment.

Essential functions

Capture short form video and photo content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X across multiple Keyholder Vacations brands
Schedule and publish social media content using established content calendars and social media management tools
Support the daily management of multiple brand social media accounts, including monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages while ensuring content aligns with brand voice and platform best practices.
Assist with basic graphic creation and marketing assets for social media, blogs, email, and promotions using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Perform light video editing and content repurposing for various platforms
Organize and maintain content libraries for ongoing and future use
Collaborate with the Marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives
Plan and capture video and images onsite regularly to keep content libraries up to date. Plus, attend events, resort stays, or special experiences as needed
Contribute to content writing for captions, short form copy, or blogs when applicable
Perform additional duties as assigned based on evolving business needs

Education/Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred but not required
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
Comfortable being on camera and capturing content in real time
Familiarity with social media platforms and current content trends
Basic experience with design or editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities
Knowledge of Disney Parks & Resorts, Disney Vacation Club, Universal Parks & Resorts, and Cruise travel strongly preferred
Local to Orlando with the ability to travel on property (Disney World / Universal Orlando) weekly (approx. 4-8 hours) to capture content

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is typically exposed to a standard interior office environment and spends most of the time seated at a desk using a computer. The role requires the ability to listen and respond to multiple team members throughout the day. No heavy lifting is required. In addition to office based responsibilities, this position also requires travel to theme parks, resorts, and event locations. Travel may include driving or flying, as well as walking or standing for extended periods of time while on location.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
