Marketing and Events Coordinator

Key City Harley-Davidson is looking for a creative, organized, and high-energy Marketing & Events Coordinator to help drive brand awareness, dealership traffic, and community engagement. What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events (bike nights, demos, rides, promotions, open houses)
• Assist with marketing campaigns across social media, email, in-store promotions, and local advertising
• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and community partners for events and promotions
• Help manage the dealership’s event calendar and marketing timelines
• Track event turnout and marketing results; suggest improvements
• Support brand standards and ensure all marketing aligns with Harley-Davidson guidelines
• Assist with photography, video, and basic graphic content (as needed)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing, event planning, communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms and basic marketing tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends for events when required
• Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
