About the position We’re looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team at the forefront of transforming the manufacturing industry through technology and AI. In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of brand building and demand generation, helping to create a category-defining presence while driving pipeline growth. You’ll have the freedom to pivot seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution, collaborating with global colleagues and seasoned experts to elevate our impact. Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid) Responsibilities • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy – Drive integrated marketing plans that balance long-term brand development with short-term demand generation. • Product Marketing Leadership – Partner with product and sales teams to position our AI and technology solutions for maximum market impact. • Brand Building – Shape and expand a compelling brand identity that resonates globally with manufacturing leaders. • Demand Generation – Own campaigns that fuel sales pipeline growth across digital, events, and account-based marketing programs. • Launch Targeted ABM Programs - Architect the company’s first ABM campaigns focused on top-tier accounts, measure success and use data to fuel further strategy and optimization. • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product, sales, and global marketing colleagues to ensure alignment and momentum. • Hands-On Execution – Roll up your sleeves to create content, manage campaigns, optimize digital channels, and measure results. • Global Exposure – Collaborate with teams and customers worldwide, helping to position us as a leader in manufacturing innovation. • Partner with Revenue Operations - Connect marketing performance directly to revenue impact. • Collaborate across continents – Ensure perfect alignment between Israel-based Marketing and U.S. GTM teams. Requirements • 8–10 years of SaaS marketing experience, ideally with exposure to start-bolthires or PE-backed companies. • Proven track record in brand building and demand generation. • Strong background in product marketing, especially in technology and/or AI solutions. • Demonstrated ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and tactical execution. • Exceptional collaborator and team player with strong communication skills. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on approach. • Willingness to travel occasionally and engage with global teams and markets.
