Position Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be joining our fast-paced, multi-divisional growing company. The Marketing Coordinator supports the sales team by managing digital marketing efforts for heavy equipment, overseeing online listing, creating promotional materials, coordinating events material and analyzing sales data to generate leads and boost equipment sales in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Coordinator’s efforts directly affect the results of each auction. This is daunting, yet very rewarding. When you give it your all, it shows.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a hands-on environment, understands the sales cycle for large equipment, and can effectively blend digital marketing with physical asset promotion. This position requires the candidate to prioritize and manage multiple obligations and meet deadlines. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating, composing and writing ad-based copy is highly preferred. To be successful you’ll need a bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience in marketing or communications, understand SEO/SEM and social media marketing, be familiar with website content management systems, CRM programs, and are able to use Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Digital Marketing – Manage Equipment listings on online marketplaces, ensuring high-quality photos, accurate descriptions and up to day status.

· Content Creating – Write engaging content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.

· Graphic Design – Create online advertisements and promotional auction media that aligns with JSA’s brand guide.

· Video Production – Use Adobe Suite or Final Cut Pro to produce visually compelling content for social media and in-auction highlights/commercials.

· Event Material Coordination – Plan and execute suppling marketing material for trade shows, and promotional events.

· Reporting – Collect, analyze, and summarize sales and marketing data to create performance reports for Direct of Marketing.

· Inventory Management – Work with Director of Marketing and Sales team to identify and stage sale-ready equipment for photo and video marketing.

Education and Experience

Required

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred

· 2-5 years’ marketing experience preferred

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $25.00 – 28.00 per hour DOE
