Online/digital Marketing Specialist

OPAWZ.COM Pet Grooming Porducts is currently seeking a Full-Time Social Media Marketing Specialist (Graphic designer Background), based in Richmond Hill.

• *Responsibilities**
• Facilitate online conversations with customers to determine their needs, and respond to queries
• Social Media engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Create and develop advertising and sales promotion materials
• Support ongoing marketing projects and assist in the implementation of company marketing plans
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with regular clients
• Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer service experience
• Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
• *Requirements**:
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel and Word
• Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette a must, customer-focused and detailed oriented
• Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving industry
• Diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or relevant field
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques a plus
• Knowledge of web analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook ads a plus
• Time management skills, ability to multitask, organized and resourceful
• Ability to constantly improve and optimize
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
• *Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
