What We’re Seeking
Gridless is looking for a SEM Specialist who’s ready to take ownership of our search engine marketing efforts — both paid and organic. This is a mid-level role for someone who knows how to run Google Ads efficiently, understands SEO fundamentals, and can turn data into smart, actionable decisions.
If you’re someone who loves optimizing campaigns, improving website visibility, and finding opportunities in search data, you’ll thrive here. This position is full-time, on-site in Pennsauken, NJ, operating between 9AM–5PM.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Search (Google Ads) — 60%
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce wasted spend
- Conduct keyword research, build campaigns, write ad copy, and manage ongoing tests
- Monitor performance daily and adjust bids, targeting, and messaging as needed
- Collaborate on landing page improvements to increase conversions
- Track and report results with clear insights and recommendations
SEO — 30%
- Perform quarterly SEO audits and implement on-page improvements
- Optimize metadata, headers, internal links, and site structure for better search visibility
- Conduct keyword research for new content and product pages
- Identify technical issues using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush
- Monitor organic performance and report trends and opportunities
Analytics & Reporting — 10%
- Build and maintain dashboards in GA4 (and other tools as needed)
- Implement and track UTMs for paid campaigns
- Monitor lead quality and funnel performance alongside the marketing and sales teams
- Provide clear, actionable insights to guide ongoing strategy
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, and performing SEO optimization
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of search intent, keyword research, and conversion optimization
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)
- Comfortable interpreting analytics data and making data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain insights clearly
- Bonus: Experience with B2B, government, or technical industries
- Bonus: Familiarity with landing page optimization or light HTML/CSS
