Job Description

As a Regional Client Performance Manager at Gerber Collision & Glass, you will play a key role in maximizing operational performance for assigned Insurance Partners. Working collaboratively with the National Account Team, you will focus on improving overall metrics and client results by applying a systematic approach to training, coaching, and developing operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports achievement of operational and client metrics.
  • Conducts internal audits on insurance KPIs, estimating practices, and The WOW Operating Way processes.
  • Develops high-level understanding of client expectations and metrics.
  • Participates in regular leadership calls to communicate successes and improvement plans.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or professional equivalent experience.
  • 3 years previous experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance partner guidelines and scorecard metrics.
