Social Media and Influencer Marketing Intern

Candidates must be located in Jacksonville, FL, or be willing to commute to Jacksonville.

Redlands Farm Holding, inc. is a fully owned subsidiary of a European-based, 200-year-old publicly traded group called Bolloré. We are a vertically integrated food manufacturer with farming and manufacturing operations located in South Georgia and administrative/support functions centralized in Jacksonville, FL. This is a large project as over $50 million have been invested to date, and our brand Fresh Press Farms sits on the shelves of over 5,000 supermarkets nationwide.

The internship is centered on increasing our Social Media presence, developing a network of influencers and leveraging them on various platforms, and establishing a relationship with leading Chefs in the Southeast. This is a hybrid internship allowing remote work with at least weekly meetings at our offices in Riverside. Base Compensation will be discussed with the candidates. Attention to detail, a great sense of organization, and a self-starting, can-do mentality are required for success.

Specifically, the intern(s) will be in charge of:12

• Identifying micro and mid-sized earned or paid influencers based on a defined profile, communicating with them, providing them with an influencer box to try the product, and prod communication/postings on their platforms
• “Feeding” our existing social media platforms with content already available or created in cooperation with our graphic artist or with influencers.
• Identifying local “on the rise” and established Chefs with a media/social media presence, incite free product trials, and generate opinions and recommendations on their social platforms/ our social platforms
• Provide and develop recommendations to improve our overall communication, website, etc.
