Digital Marketing

We are a fast-growing beauty company seeking a part-time Digital Marketing & Shopify Assistant who can take over the technical and day-to-day digital tasks that support our online business. This role requires someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Shopify websites: product uploads, images, pricing, variants
• Oversee website layout, collections, banners, and landing pages
• Ensure the site stays clean, functional, and on-brand
• Create and edit short-form content for social media
• Organize and manage creative assets (photos, videos, product shots)
• Assist with posting, captions, and basic content scheduling
• Support email campaigns if experienced (Klaviyo)
• Monitor digital tasks and ensure projects move forward
• Running Meta/TikTok ads and reporting
• Content creation/basic design
• Email/SMS campaigns
• Influencer coordination
• Managing UGC & editing short-form content

Requirements

• Strong Shopify experience (required)
• Skilled in short-form video editing
• Proficient in Canva or similar design tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Beauty or e-commerce experience is a plus

We are hiring a part-time remote Digital Marketing & Website Assistant (15–25 hours/week, $22–$27/hr). This role supports our beauty brands by handling Shopify updates, managing and organizing website content, overseeing layouts and product pages, and creating short-form social content. The ideal candidate has strong Shopify experience, is skilled in video editing and Canva, and can independently manage digital tasks and keep projects on track.

Pay: $ $27.05 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
