• *Job Summary**: Responsible for the accurate processing and fulfillment of daily online and phone orders. Customer service focused, providing timely and accurate service in multiple departments.
• *Reporting to**: Store Manager
• *Location**: Burlington
• *Duties**

Sales

• Processes and coordinates all online & phone orders
• Handles packing, shipping, tracking and customer service for all online & phone orders
• Provides feedback to head office for any item maintenance including images, price changes, shipping charges etc.
• Provides customer service in various in store departments during peak service times

Expense Control

• Effectively manages operational expenses (supplies, packaging etc.)

Policies and Procedures

• Enforces and adheres to all applicable legislation to ensure a safe and clean retail environment
• Support the Company Mission, Vision and Guiding Principles
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures
• Manage and report any accident, incidents, WSIB cases to the Store Manager
• Reports maintenance repairs in accordance with the Company’s reporting procedure

All other duties as assigned by Management

• *Requirements**:
• Demonstrate an understanding of the grocery retail environment and inventory management
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and professionalism through all interactions
• Proven ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• A proven passion for customer service
• Demonstrate a strong creative ability and willingness to learn
• *Essential Job Functions**
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
• Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Environmental exposure to cold temperature
