As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. You will assist with placing and tracking orders, handling inquiries, and providing top-notch support to ensure timely deliveries of our beautiful floral arrangements.

• *Key Responsibilities**:
• Process and track orders accurately
• Assist with resolving customer issues and concerns
• Ensure timely communication with our florists to guarantee smooth deliveries
• Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
• *Requirements**:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as well during peak holiday periods
• Ability to work in an office setting
