We provide virtual care teams with medical providers and peer recovery specialists delivering personalized treatment including medication-assisted treatment and ongoing support.

The Director of Growth Marketing will lead multi-channel strategies for patient acquisition and partner engagement owning vision strategy execution campaigns that bring new patients into our care while driving awareness and collaboration among payers partners and communities.

This role requires strategic analytical builders who thrive in high-growth environments balancing creativity with performance rigor and using insights to drive continual improvement.

• Develop and lead Boulder's comprehensive growth strategy across digital community and partner channels
• Oversee campaign planning and execution for both direct-to-consumer and B2B audiences
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to drive acquisition goals
• Partner with Product Clinical and Creative teams to align on patient growth priorities
