What you’ll do as a performance marketing manager:
- Lead and execute performance marketing strategies across paid channels: search, social, programmatic, display, and video
- Oversee daily media execution to ensure campaigns meet business goals, timelines, and quality standards
- Effectively manage multi-million dollar budgets and develop forecasting models to guide investment and ROI
- Build strong relationships with media platforms and partners, securing new opportunities and early access to innovations
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, A/B testing, and adoption of emerging platforms
- Mentor specialists and lead cross-functional plans to achieve KPIs and improve CPC, ROAS, and conversion—powering a multi-million-dollar paid search program and delivering measurable revenue impact
- Connect the digital marketing team with the broader organization for integrated execution and shared priorities
- Lead reporting and review cadences, ensuring all stakeholders and team members are clear on performance results on an ongoing basis
- Champion digital marketing innovation and represent the team in leadership forums
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years’ experience in paid media planning and buying (programmatic, social, search) and managing digital marketing campaigns for mid-to-large organizations
- 2–3 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to manage multi-million CAD budgets across diverse campaigns
- Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing paid channel campaigns using emerging tools and platforms
- Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, cross-channel attribution, and audience segmentation
- Strong knowledge of media innovation and platforms, including Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, DV360, SA360, Campaign Manager, Google Merchant Centre), Adobe Analytics, and familiarity with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Criteo, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Skilled in campaign setup, bidding strategies, audience targeting, attribution modeling, budget management, forecasting, reporting, A/B testing, and analytics (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics)
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital strategies
- Strong presentation skills
- Proactive, analytical approach to communication and problem-solving

Annualized base pay range
$95,000.00 - $105,000.00This role has bonus components in addition to annualized base pay.
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
