We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at American Biltrite Ltd.

SCHEDULE

• Full-time

From 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Summer schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

Job Description

Market Analysis

• Analyze the market (competition offering and market study).

Content Development and Project Management

• Brochures, sales tools, and catalog;
• Social media;
• Trade show booths and banners;
• Website content;
• Promotional items;
• Training program and videos;
• Sample kit;
• Various PowerPoint presentations, template creation;
• Coordinate communications with customers (e.g., holiday period, promotions, etc.).

Coordination

• Coordinate meeting logistics;
• Trade show coordination;
• Customer satisfaction survey coordination;
• Coordination of various marketing campaigns;
• Coordination of industrial rubber sample orders and sample programs (e.g., product launches).

Other

• Backup for the price list system;
• Participate in sales meetings;
• Participate in the social media committee.

Job requirements

• Superior communication skills (French and English);
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects within defined deadlines, and prioritize tasks;
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and respectfulness;
• Knowledge of print production;
• Experience working with external suppliers: agencies, printers, and media;
• Ability to request quotes and negotiate;
• Professional experience with web strategies: SEO, SEM, and social media;
• Expert in Microsoft Office;
• Team player, always ready to support the entire sales and marketing team;
• This position requires an advanced level of English to communicate with our American partners and our unilingual English-speaking sales team.
