Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant at Alpha Building Supply, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting the development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and promote our diverse range of construction products.   • *Responsibilities**:
  • Assist in the creation of compelling marketing content, such as blog posts, social media updates, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Support the management of social media platforms, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and community management.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, presentations, and signage.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating trade shows, industry events, and customer seminars.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain marketing databases, customer lists, and contact records.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing tools and techniques.
  • *Requirements**:
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry or building materials is a plus.
