About ABM

ABM is a Fortune 500 company with more than 100 years of excellence and a global workforce of 100,000+ employees. Every day, we make a difference in the spaces and places that keep businesses running — from aviation and healthcare to retail, technology, and beyond. With a mission 'To make a difference every day,' we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and delivering top-tier facility solutions for thousands of clients across diverse industries.

As part of ABM’s ongoing digital transformation, we are seeking a Director to lead our full digital marketing ecosystem, encompassing web strategy, marketing automation, search engine marketing, and MarTech oversight and integration.

The Role

The Director of Digital Marketing will serve as the architect and integrator of ABM’s digital marketing ecosystem, overseeing Web Experience (including UX, design, and SEO) and Marketing Automation (lead lifecycle, campaign performance, attribution). This leader will ensure all digital channels work seamlessly together to drive pipeline growth, optimize conversion, and strengthen ABM’s brand presence.

You’ll manage ABM’s core digital platforms — Webflow (CMS), Marketo Engage (automation), Marketo Measure (attribution), and Salesforce (CRM integration) — while guiding a cross-functional team and agency partners to execute a unified digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute ABM’s digital marketing strategy across web, automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and IT to align digital initiatives with business goals, revenue growth, and customer experience.
  • Drive an integrated, full-funnel digital approach — from awareness through lead capture and conversion.
  • Champion innovation across the digital stack, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, personalization, and ROI.

Web Experience & Optimization

  • Own ABM’s web strategy across five key websites, ensuring best-in-class design, navigation, and functionality using Webflow.
  • Lead UX, SEO, and web operations teams to deliver high-performing digital experiences optimized for lead generation and engagement.
  • Oversee accessibility, mobile optimization, and site speed to ensure a frictionless user journey.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing and behavioral insights.
  • Partner with content teams to ensure consistency of brand voice, storytelling, and SEO performance across all properties.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Performance

  • Lead Marketo Engage strategy, building and optimizing automated nurture programs, scoring models, and campaign workflows.
  • Ensure alignment between Marketo, Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and other systems for accurate tracking and attribution.
  • Develop scalable campaign architectures that enable personalized and account-based marketing.
  • Partner with demand generation and sales teams to measure performance and improve conversion at each stage of the funnel.
  • Oversee governance, compliance, and data hygiene across automation systems.

MarTech Integration & Operations

  • Own the marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools (Marketo, Webflow, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) work cohesively to support marketing objectives.
  • Partner with IT and operations to evaluate new technologies, manage integrations, and maintain system performance.
  • Establish best practices and training for marketing technology adoption across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and accessibility standards.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital team (UX, SEO, Web Operations, Marketing Automation).
  • Foster collaboration across Marketing, IT, and Sales functions to ensure alignment and executional excellence.
  • Manage vendor and agency partnerships to extend capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or web experience roles, with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success managing both web ecosystems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on expertise with Webflow and Marketo Engage (Marketo certification preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and integration best practices.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, UX design, analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing multi-site operations and enterprise-level marketing systems.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to digital performance management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Marketo Measure, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar B2B marketing tools.
  • Background in B2B services, facility management, or other enterprise industries.
  • Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG, ADA compliance) and data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).
