About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

E-Commerce Media Buyer

with proven experience managing and scaling

seven-figure annual ad budgets

. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and has a strong track record of driving profitable growth for e-commerce brands. You will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies that deliver measurable ROI across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, launch, and manage large-scale paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and implement media buying strategies that align with aggressive revenue and ROAS targets.
  • Performance Optimization
  • Continuously analyze campaign data to maximize efficiency and scale spend profitably.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay agile with platform changes, algorithm updates, and evolving best practices.
  • Budget Management
  • Manage and strategically allocate

seven-figure media budgets

across multiple channels.

  • Forecast spend and revenue impact, balancing scale with profitability.
  • Ensure consistent tracking, pacing, and accountability for all budgets.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Provide in-depth reporting on performance metrics, insights, and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative and data teams to refine strategies based on measurable outcomes.
  • Collaboration
  • Partner with designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Share learnings and insights across teams to drive overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience

in paid media buying, with a focus on e-commerce/DTC brands.

  • Proven success managing seven-figure annual budgets

across Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms.

  • Deep understanding of scaling strategies, attribution models, and post-iOS14 tracking solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Background in creative strategy, UGC-driven campaigns, and influencer/media partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRO and funnel optimization.
