About the Job

We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive

Influencer & Social Media Intern

to support Quinn's growing influencer and social media programs. You'll be hands-on in building authentic relationships with creators, developing content ideas, and helping bring Quinn's brand voice to life across platforms.

What You'll Do

· Influencer Outreach and Relationship Management:

o Build out Quinn's influencer list- identify, vet, and reach out to nano, micro, and macro creators aligned with Quinn's brand values and consumer target.

o Manage communication, gifting logistics, and social post tracking for influencer partnerships.

o Help organize product seeding campaigns and community activations.

· Social Media Ideation & Development

o Brainstorm and present content ideas across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms that ladder up to the overarching Quinn social strategy.

o Help identify real-time trends and moments for Quinn to join in.

o Execute content creation via scrappy shoots or use of Canva

o Write captions, edit videos/posts, and help track performance metrics.

· Lend a hand to the marketing team and help with hands-on projects like prepping and shipping Influencer seeding packages.

About You

· Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications or related field

· You are familiar with influencer marketing trends

· Have a passion for social media, influencer culture, and better-for-you food brands

· Able to confidently navigate Microsoft Office Suite to streamline work

· You are highly proficient in social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook & Tik Tok

· creative thinker who loves collaborating and connecting with people
