Position: Commercial E-commerce Manager

Location: Remote (Canada) | Fast-paced consumer brand

We’re hiring a senior commercial e-commerce leader to own the performance of our digital storefront — from product launches and merchandising to conversion, pricing, and inventory alignment.

This role sits at the intersection of product, UX, inventory, and marketing, ensuring the right products are shown to the right customers, at the right time, and at the right price.

This is not a paid media role.

This role owns what happens once the customer lands on the site.

What You’ll Own

• Overall commercial performance of the e-commerce experience
• Website UX/UI, merchandising, and conversion optimization (Shopify, mobile-first)
• Product launches, drops, collections, and on-site execution
• Product strategy: hero SKUs, bundles, pricing, and SKU rationalization
• Promotional and offer strategy in partnership with marketing
• Inventory alignment, sell-through, and margin protection
• Retention and repeat purchase growth with CRM
• Commercial reporting, insights, and decision-making

What You’ll Do

• Decide what products go live, when, and how
• Optimize PDPs, PLPs, navigation, and site flow
• Improve conversion across product, cart, and checkout
• Analyze performance and quickly scale winners or kill underperformers
• Align marketing, product, supply chain, and CX around commercial priorities
• Oversee execution through e-commerce and product teams

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or commercial leadership
• Experience in fast-paced consumer brands (fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle)
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and buying patterns
• Highly analytical with strong commercial instincts
• Comfortable making fast decisions in high-growth environments
• Shopify and DTC experience strongly preferred
