E-commerce and Customer Support Specialist

We are a Canadian Distributor of Candy, Games, and Trending Items, and our fantastic team is growing We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us.

You are a versatile and organized individual who can handle various responsibilities related to monitoring e-store orders, processing online orders, assisting customers, updating website content, managing inventory, invoicing and A/R.

• *Responsibilities**:
• **Monitor E-store Orders**:
• **Customer Support**:
• Assist customers with logon issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, to address inquiries about products.
• **Website Management**:
• Update and maintain product listings on the website.
• Create and manage website images and product content.
• Maintain product web status based on inventory availability.
• **Invoicing and Returns**:
• Generate invoices for shipped orders.
• Manage customer returns and credits efficiently.
• **Account Receivables**:
• Handle customer credit card information and authorizations.
• Manage accounts receivables in a timely manner.
• **Sales Support**:
• Act as a backup for the Sales Administrator position when needed.
• *Qualifications**:
• Education in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or other graphic/image editors.
• Customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• General proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• E-commerce software experience is an asset.
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
