Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing digital strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for Healthsource Medical Services.
Position Summary
The
Digital Marketing Specialist
will oversee all aspects of the company's online presence, including social media, digital campaigns, content creation, SEO, and analytics. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of digital trends and a passion for leveraging data and creativity to elevate brand performance.
You will work collaboratively with management, creative teams, and other departments to ensure our marketing efforts effectively support business objectives and strengthen our online identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and company websites.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and monitor website performance metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and communication teams to produce consistent, high-quality content.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and tools to enhance effectiveness.
- Manage online reputation, monitor engagement, and respond to customer feedback professionally.
- Support lead generation efforts and ensure alignment between marketing and business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Excellent understanding of social media marketing, email automation, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or professional services sector is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote environment.
