  • *eCommerce Coordinator**

The eCommerce Coordinator is a supporting role to the Manager of eCommerce, and as a member of the eComm team, will aid with the day-to-day development and support of Graybar Canada’s digital services.

  • *Major Requirements**:
  • Support the customer registration and activation process with our finance teams.
  • Collaborate on the development and delivery of our eCommerce and PIM platforms.
  • Identify and resolve product data issues: product details, descriptions, performance, measurements, images.
  • Work with product specialists and suppliers to enrich product data from various data sources.
  • Use a variety of software tools such as spreadsheets, databases, reporting and analytical software to assemble and format data and reports.
  • Aid with developing internal training and process documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders with eCommerce related inquires and support.
  • Support the growth and development of additional digital services and their interactions with the eCommerce platform
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Commerce or Business Administration, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in product information management.
  • Knowledge of electrical, comm data and automation products is an asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working as a member of product data or eCommerce team is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Able to self-start and work independently and as part of a team.
