We're a DTC health brand and we need a phone support agent to start immediately.
This role involves calling customers directly to resolve issues, answer questions, and make sure they're taken care of before things escalate.
What you'll be doing
You'll be making outbound calls to customers who have concerns or complaints about their orders, helping them feel heard and keeping them happy until their issue is fully resolved.
This is a customer-facing role where your voice and communication skills matter a lot — you need to sound warm, professional, and confident on the phone.
You'll also be following up with customers over time, so being organized and reliable is important.
Requirements
We need someone with a clear, native-level English accent and excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in customer support or call center work is a must — you should be comfortable handling frustrated customers and turning conversations around.
You need to be available to start right away, and you should have a quiet space to make calls along with a reliable internet connection.
