This is a real business with live payments, not a demo project.

We are looking for an experienced developer who can move fast, think clearly, and follow compliance‑aware workflows.

Scope of Work (MVP – Phase 1)

Types of notes

No Disability

Non insurance medical note (travel, job related, pet related, school, jury duty)

Letter of Medical Necessity HSA/ FSA

• Homepage (conversion‑focused)
• Service pages (Medical Letters, Work/Travel Notes)

Integration with third party medical director site (telemed partner)

• Checkout success page
• Basic FAQ / compliance language

Functionality

• Secure intake form with file uploads
• Stripe checkout (one‑time payments + add‑ons)
• Turnaround‑time options (standard / rush)
• Email confirmations
• Secure document delivery (link or portal)

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
