What you'll do:

Own the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across HubSpot and integrated systems
Build and maintain landing pages, forms, and workflows to support campaign launches and lead capture
Manage audience segmentation and list building to ensure campaigns reach the right people at the right time
Perform regular data hygiene, cleanup, and deduplication within HubSpot to maintain accurate records
Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to design and optimize campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
Build and maintain dashboards that highlight key metrics across lead lifecycle, funnel performance, and campaign ROI
Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to align lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing logic
Manage integrations between tools (HubSpot, Coefficient, Edulead, Gong, etc.) and troubleshoot sync or data quality issues
Document and refine marketing operations processes for scalability, including campaign templates and best practices
Provide recommendations to improve data accuracy, reporting quality, and overall marketing performance

What you'll bring:
2-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM/Marketing), Salesforce, and campaign tracking and attribution frameworks
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, attribution logic, and campaign performance
Analytical skills in Google Sheets / Excel and familiarity working with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
A strong sense of data hygiene and governance; you notice when something looks off and you know how to fix it
Excellent communication skills – you can make data make sense to non-technical and marketing partners
A collaborative, growth-minded approach – you like solving problems with others, learning as you go, and improving continuously
Bonus: Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, working with school districts, K-12 education buyers, or account-based marketing
