Partner with leadership to set objectives and strategic initiatives

Build internal playbooks and optimize operational systems

Audit shop operations and support campaign planning

3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce or operations, with specific experience in TikTok Shop

Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and marketplace operations

Proven ability to build scalable processes and systems

Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools

Experience in performance marketing or high-growth environments is a plus
