Marketing Operations Manager

VDURA, Inc. headquartered in Milpitas, California, seeks a Marketing Operation Manager in its Milpitas, CA, office. This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position focused on managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack, integrating advanced marketing automation systems, supporting sales with complex customer orders, and managing complex end-to-end marketing projects. Specific duties include: (i) managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms (including Marketo, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo) to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and sales funnel processes, and implementing workflows, integrations, and automations that enhance marketing and sales efficiency; (ii) leading and managing complex end-to-end marketing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting milestones, and ensuring successful delivery of marketing initiatives from concept to execution utilizing Asana and JIRA for complex projects and tracking KPIs and metrics; (iii) developing and deploying automated, multi-channel marketing campaigns using tools including Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising platforms; (iv) conducting A/B testing, audience segmentation, and reporting to maximize ROI; (v) collaborating with the sales team to create detailed and complex customer quotes, utilizing an understanding of HPC storage solutions to accurately reflect technical requirements and pricing strategies; (vi) implementing data tracking and integration through Google Tag Manager and other tracking systems, to ensure seamless connection of third-party apps for accurate data collection and analysis; (vii) designing and coding responsive marketing emails and forms using HTML/CSS, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all devices; (viii) managing the sales lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies, and optimizing the handoff between marketing and sales teams to maximize conversion rates; (ix) developing and managing dashboards and reporting systems to track marketing performance across various channels, and using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and suggest improvements; (x) utilizing knowledge of High-Performance Computing (HPC) storage technology to inform marketing strategies, campaign development, and sales support, and ensuring technical alignment with customer requirements and industry trends; (xi) leveraging AI tools for chatbots, predictive analytics, and customer journey mapping, and managing the backend and frontend of marketing automation tools to ensure seamless integration into the sales pipeline; (xii) executing global demand generation campaigns that include email marketing, webinars, and paid media and enhancing SEO efforts through keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking; and (xiii) identifying inefficiencies within the marketing operations workflow and implementing technical solutions to enhance cross-functional team performance and campaign execution.
This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States, but must be able to work in the Milpitas, California office three (3) days per week.
Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Engineering Management, Marketing Technology and Analytics, or a related technical field, plus two (2) years of experience in a directly related position.
Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following: (i) marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo; (ii) digital marketing tools, including Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO platforms; (iii) data analysis and reporting; (iv) data integration and tracking systems, including Google Tag Manager and APIs; and (v) leading the creation and optimization of websites and digital assets. Experience can be concurrent.
Pay scale: $154,586.00 per year
