About Us

We are a boutique personal injury and employment law firm with a growing content presence — including our podcast Litigious. Our goal is to increase visibility, authority, and trust by producing consistent, high-quality digital content.

We are NOT a high-volume, billboard-style firm.

We value clarity, thoughtful communication, and storytelling that connects with a real audience.

We are looking for a highly capable Digital Marketing Manager (part-time) to help us build a sustainable weekly content engine.

Role Overview

We will record 1 podcast episode each week and provide occasional raw video clips.

Your job is to take the raw media and turn it into a complete distribution package each week.

This includes

Podcast Production & Distribution

Edit weekly podcast episode (audio + optional video)

Add intro/outro, light cleanup, and leveling

Create show notes + episode descriptions

Publish to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.

Content Repurposing

Identify 4–8 of the best moments from each episode

Edit clips into short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Add captions, title text, and light branding

Create 3–5 social posts per week based on the episode

Social Media Management

Create and schedule content across

LinkedIn

Instagram

Facebook

YouTube Shorts

TikTok (optional)

Maintain a consistent posting calendar

Improve engagement and track performance

Analytics & Optimization

Track views, engagement, and growth metrics

Report weekly (simple dashboard provided)

Recommend improvements based on performance data

Suggest future episode topics based on audience trends

General Digital Content Work

Edit raw video footage for YouTube or social

Create YouTube thumbnails

Write short captions in a consistent voice

Maintain content library and organize assets

The Ideal Candidate

You are someone who

✓ Has strong podcast or video editing experience (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent)

✓ Knows how to find compelling moments for short-form clips

✓ Understands how to grow brand visibility through consistent content

✓ Writes clean, professional captions aligned with a brand voice

✓ Understands how to optimize YouTube titles/descriptions

✓ Is organized, reliable, and proactive

✓ Can work independently and meet consistent weekly deadlines

Bonus points if you have experience with

  • Analytics (Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, IG/TikTok insights)
  • Legal, professional services, or thought-leadership content
  • Building authority brands, not just high-volume accounts
