This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.

Responsibilities
- Develop business analysis artifacts (user stories, use cases, business models, needs and features, etc.) to document “as-is” and “to-be” requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and trends
- Elicit, analyze, and validate complex business needs of stakeholders, customers, and end users
- Translate functional specifications into technology solutions, with a focus on Power BI
- Validate that solutions (people, process, technology, and analytics) meet business capability, product, or system objectives
- Identify and communicate risks and issues to Product Owner and Scrum Master that may require changes to scope
- Business Analytics practice (methodologies, frameworks, and Power BI governance)
- Stakeholder Management and Power BI enablement
- Create interactive dashboards
- Best practices for Power BI governance, security, and sharing within an enterprise environment
- Business Analyst experience
- Power BI for data visualization, modeling, reporting
- Power Query, DAX
- Experience building traceability matrices and supporting medium to large projects
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document needs, features, and detailed requirements
- Proven ability to drive and coordinate diverse teams, both internally and externally
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI and ensure data quality
- Ability to train and support stakeholders in using Power BI reports and dashboards
- Expertise in business analytics methodologies and best practices
- Work effectively across leadership, functional teams, and customer organizations
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
- Proficiency designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
