Job Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience who can plan, create, and execute online marketing campaigns to promote our services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:

Create, post, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

• Campaign Planning:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness.

• SEO & Website Management:

Work on website updates, keyword optimization, and improving organic reach.

• Performance Tracking:

Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to enhance campaign results.

• Content Creation:

Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging posts, ads, and videos.

• Paid Advertising:

Manage basic Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital ad platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service sectors.
• Good knowledge of SEO, social media management, and paid campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva / Photoshop) preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling social media campaigns and lead generation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Email Marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
