Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Exocad Full Arch Dental Digital Designer to join our innovative dental technology team. This role involves creating precise digital designs for full arch restorations, utilizing advanced CAD software and a deep understanding of digital dentistry workflows. Duties

• Develop detailed digital designs for full arch dental restorations using Exocad software, ensuring accuracy and aesthetic quality.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to interpret requirements and translate them into effective digital models.
• Utilize wireframing, layout design, and interaction design principles to optimize user workflows within dental CAD applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design processes and improve product usability.
• Apply data visualization techniques and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to monitor design performance and user engagement.
• Implement responsive web design and web accessibility standards across digital platforms.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions, contribute to product development cycles following Agile methodologies, and support SDLC processes.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, Zeplin, Balsamiq, and InVision for prototyping and collaboration with development teams.
• Integrate APIs and RESTful services to enhance functionality within dental applications.
• Maintain consistency in visual design by applying design patterns, information architecture principles, and layout standards across projects.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure designs meet clinical and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, particularly in healthcare or dental industries preferred.
• Proficiency with Exocad software for full arch digital workflows is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Express, Bootstrap, SCSS, Less (style sheet language), and WordPress is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360, Omniture, Adobe Target, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe XD.
• Experience with data analysis skills including SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of UX principles such as usability testing, user flows, information architecture, interaction design, motion graphics, responsive web design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design thinking methodologies.
• Knowledge of Agile development processes along with tools like Jira for project management.
• Ability to conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize digital experiences.
• Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail in layout design and visual aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
