For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your Mission

We are seeking a Customer Project Execution Senior Business Analyst to join the Titan Transformation Program and play a key role in Schneider Electric’s digital transformation across the North America Market.In this position, you will lead business transformation and continuous process improvement initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and solving complex problems. You will gather and translate customer and business requirements into digital solutions that enable standardized processes and deliver measurable value. Acting as a change leader, you will also support transformation and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption.This is an opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and contribute to a program that is shaping the future of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Work in a cross functional environment with various business groups, IT, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and business requirements
  • Take a leadership position in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer/business requirements
  • Collaborating with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) & Customer Project Process (CPP)
  • Works with other team members to define requirements and validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards and policies
  • Coordinate and leads user acceptance tests with the business and end users
  • Identifies key user business transformations
  • Champions transformation and drive adoption with end users, surfacing issues and concerns from the business community
  • Take accountability for delivering measurable business value
  • Prepare and present progress, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders and steering committees
  • Partner with Change Management Organization and Business Stakeholders to define strategies to drive and champion transformation
  • Commercial experience with a focus on customer project management.
  • Proven success in leading large, complex projects (multi-business activities, third-party suppliers/contracting, multi-region) with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze and design business processes with an innovative and forward-looking approach.
  • Solid understanding of PMI terminology and CPP.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams to quickly resolve impediments and provide clarifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to translate business value into effective user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrates independent thinking and accountability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules.
  • Sense of urgency and commitment to achieving individual and team objectives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Secure Power, Digital Buildings, ASCO, Digital Power, or the Mexico market is an asset.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other digital systems is a plus.
