Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

This position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to drive growth in our Marketplace channel. In this role, you will execute advertising campaign strategies across multiple retail media networks, with a strong focus on Amazon. You’ll manage and optimize the Marketplace budget, assess campaign performance, and provide solutions for improved efficiency and scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns for the Marketplace Channel.
• Manage and maintain retail media paid search campaigns via bidding platforms and RMN platforms to meet goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Familiar with Amazon advertising and Seller Central platform.
• Be accountable for paid search performance and budgets to ensure efficiency and scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising and finance on campaign products and budgets.
• Partner with Creative and Copy teams to optimize content, keywords, and explore new content opportunities.
• Deploy test-and-learn strategies to refine campaigns and overall marketplace strategy.
• Lead strategic vision with agency partners.
• Stay up to date with marketplace trends and platform updates.
• Merchandising background relating to brand stores on Amazon is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–4 years of online/paid campaign marketing experience, preferably on marketplaces.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital merchandising, and digital marketing.
• Understanding of paid campaign performance metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel.

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation.
