## Key Role Overview
Kyndryl is seeking a Consult Partner to lead complex consulting engagements within the Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT) sector focused on enterprise transformation. The role is accountable for driving profitable growth, building CXO-level client relationships, leading multi-disciplinary teams through pre- and post-deal transactions and ensuring high-quality delivery across the customer ecosystem.
## Key Responsibilities
- Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets, manage margin expectations and backlog growth, and support business development pipeline conversion.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, act as a trusted advisor, and lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives.
- Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, ensure profitability, and understand and contain risk.
- Lead the design of complex engagements, oversee delivery performance and customer satisfaction, and achieve individual and team utilization targets.
- Lead talent development and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and commercial focus among team members.
- Plan and support post-deal implementation and execution in transaction environments (pre- or post-deal).
- Drive external eminence and thought leadership to strengthen organizational and personal brand in the industry.
## Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the TMT industry and demonstrated expertise in enterprise transformation.
- Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate or public sector environments.
- Extensive client engagement and relationship management experience at the CXO level with ability to build and commercialize senior executive relationships.
- Strong financial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, managing margins, utilization and contribution.
- Experience managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders and negotiating commercial terms.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and relevant technologies.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in senior consulting or partner-level roles within enterprise transformation and TMT sectors.
- Demonstrated thought leadership, external eminence, or a public-facing industry presence.
- Experience in large-scale post-deal implementation and integration projects.
## Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (U.S.): $151,560 to $272,760 (may vary by geography, skills and experience).
- Location-specific ranges: California: $166,680 to $327,240; Colorado: $151,560 to $272,760; New York City: $181,800 to $327,240; Washington: $166,680 to $300,120; Washington DC: $166,680 to $300,120.
- Position eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program (performance-based) or a sales commission plan if applicable.

## Additional Information
- Employment type: Full-time. Ideal candidate location: Central or Eastern Time Zone; role listed in New York, NY.
