We need someone who loves being the operational backbone of marketing - the person who ensures campaigns launch flawlessly, dashboards tell the truth, and the tech stack actually works. You're obsessed with clean data, smooth workflows, and reports that drive real decisions. You don't just execute tasks; you proactively spot issues, optimize processes, and make marketing operations run like a well-oiled machine.
If building attribution models in HubSpot gets you excited and you've been the person others come to when "something's broken in HubSpot," this role is for you.
What We’re Looking For
- Optimism and curiosity: Optimism will allow you to see the solution through the constraints, and curiosity will allow you to chart the path to success.
- Question asking and problem solving: Success plans are never the same for each customer, and so “the magic” lies in asking the right questions and translating into a plan that shows value.
- Kind, thoughtful, and respectful with a growth mindset: It is all, always about the people and the team. We’re looking for somebody who knows that software is a team sport, who values collaboration, and who is always growing and seeking to improve their own skills.
What You Will Do
- Own daily campaign execution - Manage the campaign calendar, deploy multi-channel campaigns, build HubSpot workflows, and coordinate launches across demand gen, field marketing, and events teams
- Build the reporting infrastructure - Create dashboards tracking qualified contacts, conversion rates, and pipeline generation; develop multi-touch attribution models in HubSpot; pull weekly performance reports for executive leadership
- Be the HubSpot expert - Administer HubSpot, troubleshoot integration issues with RevOps team, ensure data integrity, optimize lead routing and scoring, and QA test campaign flows end-to-end
- Drive operational excellence - Refine and document SOPs, optimize workflows to eliminate manual work, flag performance issues proactively, and support strategic operations initiatives
- Enable cross-functional success - Build baseline reports and dashboards across all marketing functions so the team can analyze performance and make data-driven strategic decisions
Skills & Requirements
- 3-5 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- HubSpot certified - you know the platform inside and out
- Solid Salesforce experience - comfortable with campaign management, lead routing, data flows, and troubleshooting CRM-marketing automation integration
- Proven track record building dashboards, attribution models, and performance reports
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
- Meticulous attention to detail and process documentation
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping balls
- Clear communicator who can translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting demand generation, field marketing, or event operations
- Project management platform experience (Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
- Background in marketing operations for SaaS or enterprise level organizations
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
What You Will Get
- * A high impact, high visibility role at a growing SaaS company that values personal growth, accountability, and the concept of “good work.”
- A great management team and reporting structure that supports you and your growth.
- A culture of open collaboration and problem solving
- An empowered role on the success team, responsible for driving business value.
- Great benefits and culture.
- Our benefits include:
- Salary: The expected annual median salary for this role is $90,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Excellent medical, dental and vision insurance options
- HSA and FSA options + company HSA contributions
- 401K matching
- 100% paid parental leave
- 15 paid holidays + competitive PTO
- Flexible work environment
