Key to the role is a passion for legal transformation solutions and a track record of driving long-term client success. Epiq's Legal Transformation Services group partners with senior legal leaders on initiatives including technology enablement, spend reduction, contracts management, and organizational design. This position requires developing relationships with clients, channel partners, and sales colleagues globally, working closely with key business executives and stakeholders. As a senior consultative sales resource to the broader Legal Solutions Sales organization, responsibilities include identifying LTS targets, leading C-level conversations, driving the sales cycle, leveraging professional networks, and demonstrating acumen regarding Epiq's service and technology-enabled offerings.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales cycle to grow LTS offerings and drive revenue to broader LSS service lines
- Leverage current and future professional networks to identify opportunities beyond current clients
- Demonstrate high acumen regarding Epiq's service and technology-enabled offerings
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Act as conduit between client stakeholders and Epiq LTS consulting and delivery organization
