Eko Health is transforming cardiac care with best-in-class digital stethoscopes and FDA-cleared AI that enhances cardiac disease detection at the point of care. Our Enterprise Marketing team drives awareness, demand, and adoption of SENSORA®, Eko Telehealth, and our digital stethoscope portfolio across health systems and enterprise clinical organizations.

We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Enterprise Marketing Manager who can lead and execute enterprise-level marketing programs that accelerate demand, improve sales velocity, and strengthen Eko’s position as a category leader.

Role Overview

This role will lead key initiatives across enterprise demand generation, field marketing, content development, campaign execution, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—comfortable owning programs end-to-end, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving measurable outcomes.

You’ll take ownership of many functions including trade shows, conferences, organic social, targeting lists, email campaigns, analytics, and inbound lead processes.

This is a critical and highly visible role supporting the Enterprise commercial teams.

This is a hybrid role with required onsite presence on Tue/Wed/Thu

As Enterprise Marketing Manager at Eko, You Will

  • Field Marketing (40%)
  • Own strategy, planning, and execution for all conferences and tradeshows.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to build pre-event and post-event workflows (targeting lists, outreach cadences, booth messaging, event invites, lead follow-up).
  • Manage conference assets including banners, booths, handouts, case studies, and video needs.
  • Develop field-ready content and campaigns to support pipeline acceleration across our Enterprise business.
  • Budget management for conferences and tradeshows

Digital Demand Generation (30%)

  • Own organic social media strategy for enterprise channels (LinkedIn & X), including writing, scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Lead segmentation and targeting lists supporting strategic outbound and ABM programs.
  • Build and optimize multi-touch email campaigns in marketing automation tools.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing on paid campaigns and enterprise-specific audience targeting.

Content Development (20%)

  • Support the creation of key enterprise assets such as sales decks, 1-pagers, brochures, case studies, conference materials, and product marketing updates
  • Collaborate with clinical, product, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and compliance.

Analytics & Reporting (10%)

  • Manage inbound lead flow, qualification routing, and monthly reporting dashboards.
  • Track funnel performance (MCL → MQL → Opportunity) for enterprise segments.
  • Deliver insights that inform campaign strategy, targeting, and ROI.
  • Support company awards submissions and industry recognition programs.

As Enterprise Marketing Manager at Eko, You Have

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience (enterprise healthcare or medtech preferred).
  • Experience owning conferences, field marketing programs, or large-scale events.
  • Strong writing skills (social, email campaigns, sales enablement content).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with tight timelines.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, Shopify, YAMM, Google Suite).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • Located in San Francisco Bay area.

As Enterprise Marketing Manager at Eko, Good to have:

  • Background in health systems, digital health, medtech, or clinical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting funnel metrics.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, telehealth, or AI early detection tools.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales teams on enterprise campaigns.
