Required experience and qualifications
Experience
- 3 years experience using a marine industry MLS platform
- 3 years experience using a yacht closing document processing system
- Experience with client-facing communication and relationship building.
- Sales experience, including cold calling and in-person sales is required
- Proven success in building client relationships
Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of the digital platforms used in the yacht brokerage industry
- Proficiency with CRM systems and proposal-building tools.
Technical
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31.25 - $38.46 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
