We’re looking for a highly innovative, hands-on AI transformation specialist to operationalize AI-driven content production across all channels—examples include paid media, owned channel ads, and email.
As an AI Content Transformation Specialist on the Marketing Transformation team, you will report to the AI Content Transformation Executive Director. You will build and scale marketer self-service capabilities using AI tools (e.g., GenStudio, Express for personalization), embed JPMC Responsible AI in day-to-day workflows, and drive measurable improvements in speed, quality, and compliance. You will execute a hybrid operating model with LOB champions, run rapid prototyping and pilots, stand up evaluation and safety guardrails, enable change management and stakeholder communications, and partner closely with Product, Technology, and the Foundational Content Transformation team to align with enterprise standards and leverage centralized assets and metadata.
Job responsibilities
- Build and maintain context tailoring strategies, reusable templates, and personalization playbooks that accelerate marketer self-service while meeting brand and legal standards.
- Embed JPMC Responsible AI in daily operations: implement safety filters, privacy-by-design practices, bias testing, transparency and auditability controls, and documented fallback procedures.
- Stand up AI evaluation frameworks and quality gates: offline/online tests, red-teaming/adversarial prompt testing, human-in-the-loop reviews; track precision/recall, NDCG, and content safety scores.
- Design and automate practical workflow steps—intake and brief forms, approval and QA checkpoints, compliance gates, and activation triggers—optimized for speed and consistency.
- Partner with Product and Technology to align solutions with martech systems; collaborate with the Foundational Content Transformation team to leverage DAM-governed assets, metadata, and standards without duplicating ownership.
- Coordinate consultants and vendors: contribute to solution evaluations, scope deliverables, manage UAT, track SLAs, and ensure on-time, quality outcomes.
- Lead change management and stakeholder communications: training plans, playbooks, FAQs, release notes, adoption scorecards, and clear timelines tailored by audience and LOB.
- Run innovation sprints and rapid prototypes for 0-to-1 capabilities (e.g., multimodal QC with computer vision/OCR, automated accessibility remediation, RAG assistants for briefs); graduate winning pilots to scaled deployment.
- Instrument and publish metrics dashboards; track cycle-time reduction, throughput, reuse/personalization rates, production cost savings, compliance exceptions, and marketer satisfaction.
- Facilitate cross-LOB working groups and decision forums; capture requirements, prioritize enhancements, and show progress via demos and concise updates.
- Triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive postmortems and continuous improvement with clear owners and timelines and maintain clear documentation: SOPs, runbooks, guardrail standards, and change logs for audit readiness.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 7+ years in content operations, transformation, or adjacent product/program roles within marketing or martech.
- Proven hands-on experience applying AI to content workflows: prompt engineering, templating, variant generation, and guardrail personalization.
- Working knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps practices: evaluation harnesses, monitoring and drift detection, data pipelines, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Familiarity with multimodal AI (text, image, video), computer vision/OCR for quality checks, and automated accessibility compliance.
- Experience with retrieval/orchestration patterns (e.g., RAG, tool use/agents, workflow automation) aligned to JPMC Responsible AI.
- Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills; ability to simplify complexity and drive adoption in a cross-matrix organization.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-pressure environments; creative problem-solver with a bias to action and measurable outcomes.
- Proficient with agile delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams).
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Implementation experience with AI-enabled tools for content creation and personalization (e.g., GenStudio, Express or comparable) at enterprise scale.
- Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing for content and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of brand standards, rights/licensing, privacy-by-design, accessibility, and audit requirements.
- Vendor/consultant coordination for martech and AI solutions; familiarity with SLAs and delivery governance.
- Practical exposure to vector retrieval, embeddings, and semantic search in production use cases; basic scripting skills (e.g., Python or JavaScript) a plus.
